1. No Returns or Replacements for Online Courses, Consulting, or Digital Products

All sales of online courses, consulting services, digital packages, and any other online products are final and non-refundable. The Flower Wall University does not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for any digital content, consulting services, or educational materials.

There is no guarantee of success, financial gain, or specific outcomes from participating in our courses, consulting services, or any other offerings. All results depend on individual effort, industry conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

2. No Returns or Replacements for Physical Purchases

All purchases of flower walls, accessories, and any physical products from The Flower Wall University are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for any physical goods.

3. Damages During Shipping

We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Once the item has been shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer. If any product is damaged in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. Defective Items

If an item arrives defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to be considered for a replacement. You must provide clear images and proof of the defect via email to hi@theflowerwalluniversity.com within this time frame.

Failure to report defects within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of any potential replacement consideration.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a replacement based on the provided proof and our discretion. If a replacement is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
